Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand relationships with Korean manufacturers, suppliers, logistics companies, and Korean business associations in Vietnam.
• Actively source new leasing leads through direct outreach, brokers, consultants, and Korean chambers of commerce.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotion events, roadshows, and Korean-focused investment seminars.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc.
• Act as key contact point for Korean clients to ensure high service standards and long-term retention.
• Support tenants during setup, handover, expansion, and operational stages.
• Manage and direct daily leasing/ marketing activities following leasing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company's assigned portfolio.
• Update market trends in the Korean manufacturing ecosystem.
• Provide market intelligence updates to management and recommend suitable leasing strategies for relevant properties.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Prior experience in the Industrial Leasing of international real estate developers is highly preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and we will consider your qualifications and potential to be developed.
• Strong command of Korean language is a MUST. Good English communication skills are an advantage.
• Have existing network of Korean manufacturing ecosystem or international clients operating or intending to do business in Vietnam.
• In-depth understanding of Industrial Market and Products (including ready-built and built-to-suit), especially for Northern Vietnam Industrial Market and Clients.
• Foundational understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Industrial Real Estate.
• Demonstrate can-do attitude, and willingness to perform hands-on duties.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Based in Hanoi with the flexibility to travel to other provinces/ countries due to work requirements
